Makes the best royal icing!

If you know you know. I used to make my royal icing without Royal Batch so I would have to add my own white food colouring, corn syrup, vanilla extract etc. Now with Royal Batch all I have to add is the powdered sugar and water that's it!!!! I have less issues with my royal icing such as colour bleed and cratering. I would recommend at least trying a smaller size bag to see if you like it. I personally love it and would recommend it to anyone whether they are new to royal icing or a veteran.

I've now switched to this meringue powder. It is so easy! The flavor is great, too!

Love Royal Batch! . Only one I will use. Every batch comes out perfect.

Royal Batch is one of the easiest meringue powders to work with! It doesn’t separate nearly like the other brands I have worked with. For me, this is so important as I am new to working with Royal icing, and often take several hours to finish a batch. I need it to last and not have to be remixed if I leave the icing overnight, and Royal batch does!
