I recently made the switch to Royal Batch Meringue Powder after seeing it recommended in different baking circles. I ordered a bag to give it a try, and I absolutely love it!! The consistency is always on point, and I love that i don't have to add anything to it other than the water & powdered sugar!! I run a sugar cookie business from my home kitchen, and will definitely be using this exclusively going forward!
I placed my order on August 24 and received it on September 21, but only after sending two follow-up emails. Although I have not yet tested the duster, I do not intend to order from this company again due to the poor level of service I experienced.

I was a die hard Henry & Henry fan when I first started decorating cookies 13 years ago. They went out of business and I’ve been on the hunt for years to find a replacement. This is it! High quality, beautiful shine. Delicious taste. Worth every penny. Don’t waste your money on anything else. This is it!
