I ordered this meringue powder back in December, and it did take a little while to be fulfilled. When it finally arrived, the bag had unfortunately burst during shipping and the powder was everywhere.
I reached out right away and sent photos so the owner could see what happened. She immediately responded and sent out a brand new bag with no questions asked. That level of customer service was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated.
Shipping delays and accidents can happen, but how a business handles it really matters. Because of how quickly and kindly this was resolved!
