For years I used a very average powder. It did the job but I had to add all the things… flavor, white gel color and corn syrup. I never knew my cookies could have so much more dimension and the SHINE! The taste is so much better as well. I will never change again. Love, Love, Love Thank you 💜
I've tried many brands of meringue powder and Royal Batch is my go-to. So easy to use and outstanding results. Smooth drying with no bleeding! Includes corn syrup and white food coloring so I don't have to worry about adding it in (or forgetting to!). I absolutely love Royal Batch!
